Keith is a West Midlands Police Officer with a broad background in operational policing. He is currently seconded to the Highways Agency as a member of the HA/ACPO Liaison Team. He was involved in the introduction of Active Traffic Management on the M42 and more recently has been a member of the team which has overseen the transfer a number of roles and responsibilities from the police to the Highways Agency. This is the subject he will be speaking about today.
