The concepts and issues surrounding road user charging have been well rehearsed over many years and the Charging Development Partnership brought together many local authorities with an interest in taking these issues forward. The Road User Charging Special Interest Group (SIG) is intended to provide a forum for those practitioners required to carry out work in this area. It will enable you to exchange experience, promote best practice and raise questions/problems which others within the SIG might be able to help. The topics could range from consultation, integration with other policies, legislation, technology etc.
This site offers the opportunity to share views, ideas and experiences in identifying these. It is intended to provide a forum for those practitioners required to carry out work in this area, to exchange experience, promote best practice and raise questions/problems which others within the SIG might be able to help. |
