Improving procurement practice by infrastructure owners has led to longer term relationships with maintenance providers to deliver a wide range of services under a single contract lasting for several years. The group’s interest will include strategy development by clients and providers, contractual issues, supply chain issues and performance management.

This site offers the opportunity to share views, ideas and experiences in identifying these. It is intended to provide a forum for those practitioners required to carry out work in this area, to exchange experience, promote best practice and raise questions/problems which others within the SIG might be able to help.
