Traffic Signals (Network Management & Infrastructure Board)

Traffic signal control is seen as the design and development of control systems for busy roads and junctions to prioritise the movement of traffic streams through junctions and provide safe gaps in traffic movements to facilitate the movement of other types of users. The Traffic SignalsSpecial Interest Group (SIG) is intended to provide a forum for those practitioners required to carry out work in this area. It will enable you to exchange experience, promote best practice and raise questions/problems which others within the SIG might be able to help.

This site offers the opportunity to share views, ideas and experiences in identifying these. It is intended to provide a forum for those practitioners required to carry out work in this area, to exchange experience, promote best practice and raise questions/problems which others within the SIG might be able to help.
