Traffic management is seen as the process of adjusting or adapting the use of a highway to meet specified objectives whether this is to deliver a permanent change in traffic operation or temporary changes during improvement works. The Traffic Management Special Interest Group (SIG) is intended to provide a forum for those practitioners required to carry out work in this area. It will enable you to exchange experience, promote best practice and raise questions/problems which others within the SIG might be able to help.
This site offers the opportunity to share views, ideas and experiences in identifying these.
