Preferential rates are available for members who wish to hire rooms at Endsleigh Street for meetings or seminars. Conveniently situated in Central London, a few minutes from Euston Station, members can choose from two well-appointed meeting rooms at very competitive rates.

A large meeting room, accommodating up to 25 people sitting around a rectangular table, is available for seminars and meetings. The room can be arranged theatre-style if you prefer (room capacity is a little larger).

A unique feature of the room is access to IHT’s beautifully designed patio garden – a must for summertime meetings where refreshments can be taken al fresco.

A partition divides the large room into two smaller meeting rooms – ideal for informal meetings and gatherings, each accommodating up to 15 delegates sitting around a rectangular table.

Included in the cost of room hire is one cup of coffee/tea per person per half day and, if required, free use of an OHP/35mm slide projector and screen. A digital projector is available at a cost of £90.00.
