ARM Anwar Hossain Chief Engineer of Roads and Highways Department Bangladesh, was recently admitted as Fellow of the Institution. He graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 1972 and obtained M.Sc in Highway Engineering in Developing Countries from Birmingham University in 1985. In the picture Mr. Hossain is seen receiving his certificate from Tim Khan who is Fellow of the Institution.
