President

The role of President is the highest honour that IHT members can pass on to one of their colleagues. IHT Presidents have consistently been able to operate at the highest levels of both industry and government.

The President holds office for one year (running from June – June) and is the head of the institution. They are responsible for leading and promoting the policies and interests of the highways and transportation profession in the public arena; these policies are agreed by members of the IHT’s Executive Board and ratified by Council.
